•Talking about how much we love chocolate always makes us feel uncomfortably like we’re in a “Cathy” cartoon, but let’s face it: chocolate, be it sweet or savory, is some pretty good stuff. Feast on a three course chocolate based menu at Sel De La Terre beginning at 5:00. The first course alone involves both chocolate and foie gras. We can’t think of a better combination. •We must admit that we go back and forth on the Food Network. On the one hand, we adore Alton Brown and we like the idea of cooking shows reaching a larger audience. On the other hand, Rachael Ray drives us crazy and we’re not even sure that what Sandra Lee makes qualifies as food. Irregardless, we’re very excited that Taunton-based ice cream manufacturers MooBella are nominated in the “Icy Innovations” category of the first-ever Food Network Awards.
