At $110 per person for the 4-course Valentine’s menu, guests can choose from options such as lobster ravioli in truffle oil with chives or foie-gras stuffed poisson. The dessert options are nothing to sneeze at either; we’re deeply intrigued by the chocolate raspberry mousse martini with coconut sorbet and a ginger crisp. Combining desserts with liqueur?
