Scott Robertson in at Grafton Street

MenuPages has learned that Scott Robertson has taken over the kitchen at Grafton Street Pub & Grill. Robertson was last seen running the kitchen at Z Square, and he’s previously worked at a host of Boston-area establishments including Franklin Cafe and The Publick House. Robertson plans to take Grafton Street in a more seasonal direction, and to that end, he’s added dishes like grilled lamb sirloin with spring pea and mint risotto, and a spring ravioli.
