Mistral’s Seth Greenberg will open a gastropub called Woodward in the Ames Hotel, reports the Globe. Greenberg describes Woodward as “Ben Franklin meets a supermodel. Imagine if Ben Franklin lived in the neighborhood, but a modern-day Ben Franklin. What sort of place would he go?” Apparently, the answer is a modern tavern run by former Mistral chef Mark Goldberg. The food will be simple and (wait for it!) local. Woodward is slated to open this October.
