Much of the produce at Chris Kurth’s Siena Farms in Sudbury is grown for local restaurants like Oleana (where his wife, Ana Sortun, is the chef) and Henrietta’s Table, reveals Kurth in a video for The Atlantic Food Channel. Kurth, or as Atlantic editor (and Boston Magazine critic) Corby Kummer calls him, Hugh Grant, gives a full tour of Siena, complete with a look at next month’s tomatoes.
