Vegan pizzeria Peace O’ Pie will open its doors at 4 p.m. today to offer a limited preview of its menu. Five standard pies are available, along with dozens of options for building your own. For those craving “cheese”, Daiya, a soy-free cheese-like product made from cassava root flour, is available. None of this comes cheap: a large pizza with artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, and olives will run you $18.99. Will it be too much for Allston students’ budgets?
