Developer GTI Properties is looking to open a Trader Joe’s in the old trolley barn on Harrison Avenue, reports the Herald. Leasing director John Kiger recently presented plans for the market to the Old Dover Neighborhood Association, which seemed enthusiastic. Don’t expect the Captain to land in the South End anytime soon, however: a Trader Joe’s spokesperson says that the location isn’t in the company’s two year plan.
