Barlow’s Opens Wednesday

Barlow’s, a giant new bar and restaurant from the folks behind Warren Tavern and Devlin’s, is getting ready to open this week, reports UrbanDaddy. The 260 seat space, located in an old textile mill on A Street in Fort Point, offers twelve beers on draft, a substantive selection of alcoholic hot drinks, and a cocktail list that, while a little too liberal with the use of the term “martini”, offers a few standouts like a cucumber martini made with Hendricks and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. The menu focuses on heartier fare like Bolognese, steak au poivre, and ricotta fritters. Barlow’s opens on Wednesday and, though the size is ambitious, if it enjoys the success of Warren and Devlin’s, it should have no problem filling up.
