A restaurant called The Whiskey Priest is set to open at the current home of the Seaport Bar & Grille, notes Boston Restaurant Talk. Intrigued, we dug deeper. Seaport will close at the end of the month, when its lease expires, manager Tom Palmer tells us. As for The Whiskey Priest, it's a restaurant from the folks behind the nearby Atlantic Beer Garden, which owns the space. Atlantic owner Ciaran McNelis tells us that nothing will be definite for a few weeks, but he hopes to be ready to make a formal announcement by Christmas.
