A third branch of Sichuan Gourmet will replace Chef Chang’s House, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. Sichuan Gourmet’s two existing locations in Framingham and Billerica have been very well-received (both branches have 4.5 stars on Yelp), which should help take away some of the sting of losing a mainstay like Chef Chang’s House.
