East Coast Grill & Raw Bar will run its hundredth Hell Night next month and, to celebrate, the spicy food fest is bringing in the world's hottest chili. The Naga Jolokia (also, and ominously, called the ghost chili) has a Scoville scale (the heat index for spicy foods) of over a million. It will make an appearance in East Coast's legendary Pasta from Hell, a sausage bolognese so spicy, eating it requires signing a preprandial release. The hundredth Hell Night will take place from April 12-15.
