Mexican chain Margaritas will open three new locations in Greater Boston this year, reports the Hartford Business Journal. The chain, which already has locations in Waltham, Revere, and Weymouth, will open in Lexington on March 23rd, and in Medford in mid-May, Vice President of Franchise Development Tom Radomski tells us. Margaritas is also eying a Framingham outpost, which will hopefully open in late September or early October.
Margaritas is the sort of Mexican restaurant that serves "Nachos El Deluxo" and has a section on the menu titled "Los Favoritos." Unsurprisingly, Margaritas serves no less than ten varieties of its namesake drink, including the "Heavens to Margatroid" (seven kinds of liquor) and the "Lime in the Coconut." Yeah, this seems like a pretty good fit for Medford.
