Winchester's Catch has completed its transformation into Parsons Table and, as promised, the focus is on upscale comfort food. All the haute home cooking staples are present and accounted for: macaroni and cheese, flatbread (topped in this case with house made ricotta, smoked chicken, olives, caramelized onions, and mozzarella), and Misty Knoll Farm chicken. Of course, this being a Chris Parsons joint, there's plenty of seafood as well, including Catch's beloved mussels with chorizo.
