The cabanas at Splash

North End nightlife kings Frank DePasquale (of Bricco, Umbria Prime, and Splash) and Nick Varano (of Strega, Nico, and Nick Varano’s Famous Deli) are teaming up to take control of Quincy’s Marina Bay Beach Club, reports the Herald. The Club will be rechristened as the Ocean Club at Marina Bay and a major makeover is in the works: new cabanas, an upscale food court featuring burgers and pizza, four bars, and top DJs. Cabanas, burgers, and DJs: sounds an awful lot like Splash, huh? The Ocean Club at Marina Bay is projected to open by Memorial Day.
