The National League may have won Tuesday’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game, but the American League swept the far more important Baseball’s Best Ballpark Field competition. The competition, held for the first time this year, pitted chefs from twelve ballparks against each other to see whose dish was the most popular with game-goers, says AOL News. Dustin Miller, head chef at Kansas City’s Kauffmann Stadium took first place with his Kansas City Stack, a bun stuffed with sliced rib-eye, cheese, bacon, onion rings, sauteed mushrooms, and barbecue sauce. Second place went to Fenway Park’s Ron Abell who served up the “famous Fenway lobster roll.” It’s no Fenway Frank, but we’ll take it.
