Boston Beer Works chef Bootsy Mullan has migrated over to the Stockyard, reports the Herald. Mullan, who might have the second best chef name in Boston (beating out Pairings’ Bobby Bean), has totally revamped Stockyard’s kitchen, adding a lobster tank and pizza oven. The menu is also new and stuffed with creative prime rib dishes like prime rib empanadas and pizzas.
