New York’s 5 Napkin Burger will open its first non-New York location in the Prudential Center, spokesperson Michelle Gralitzer confirms exclusively to Grub Street. 5 Napkin, whose namesake Comté, caramelized onions, and rosemary aioli-topped burger was named one of New York’s most notable by Grub Street New York last year, will take the former Daily Grill space in the Prudential Center. It will serve the same menu as the three New York locations and is expected to open in December.

The 5 Napkin rumor was originally reported by Adam’s Hospitality & Tourism Industry Blog. Adam also hears that the original Charlestown Olives, which has been shuttered by a grease fire since May, will reopen as Fat Olives, a more casual concept. Spokesperson Lindsey Valdez declined to confirm that rumor, telling us only that renovations are underway and “no new concept or name has been trademarked.”
