India Pavilion in Central Square opened 31 years ago in a space previously occupied by a small pizzeria. Throughout the years the restaurant has expanded, but the latest renovation, to be completed by the end of the month, will make India Pavilion six-stores wide. The revamped restaurant will boast a full liquor license, seating for 100, a stage for live entertainment, and a double-sized kitchen that will serve to accommodate the owner’s Royal Bharat Catering business.
