Post-Porkfest, Why Not Jam With Lamb?

Passionate porkfest Cochon 555 might be happening this weekend, but then it’s time to show lamb a little love. The line-up for Boston’s second annual Lamb Jam, happening on February 20, has been announced. More ahead.

Despite our abiding passion for pork, we’re looking forward to feasting upon 17 permutations of shank, loin, shoulder, and leg in the posh embrace of the Charles Hotel. Plus, the American Lamb Board (yes, there is such a thing) has managed to lure some seriously good restaurants. Participating restaurants include Aura, Bistro du Midi, Bondir, Citizen, Garden at the Cellar, Gargoyles, Oleana, Rialto, Russell House, and on and on. Winners will go on to compete in a larger lamb-off in New York City.

Tickets are $50, and yup, that includes beer and wine pairings, too.
