The very good, newish Chinatown spot, Dumpling Cafe, has rolled out a special (and budget-friendly) Chinese New Year Menu, in effect throughout February. Although we’ll always rely on the oyster pancake at shopworn Gourmet Dumpling House at 2 a.m., we gotta say, Dumpling Cafe just might steal us away with their cheapo offerings.
