As we’ve noted in the past, Mexican (and Mexican-ish) restaurants are springing up wildly, all over Boston, from Tico to Papagayo to Lolita and on and on. A clear sign that the phenomenon has reached a fever pitch? A Mexican-Salvadorean spot is coming to the North End. Boston Restaurant Talk reports via a variety of sources that El Triunfo has taken over the former Grezzo space on Prince Street, which was occupied before that by Sage.
