Schlow, who appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s show last night, tells Grub Street that
“Jimmy’s the best.. He makes it really fun and easy when you’re on the show. I’m looking forward to getting him up to Boston this summer so he can see Tico in person. The menu’s right up his alley so I’ll give him a little bit of everything, but we’ll definitely throw down on some tacos and tequila Tico-style.” Watch in amazement as Schlow persuades Fallon to drink Cava through a “bong”! (It’s actually a porró, a pitcher with a long spout, great for funneling Cava … or, um, whatever.)
