Nice! We were rooting for Teranga’s Marie-Claude Mendy last night on Chopped, and judging by the comments on our last post, so were several of you. Well, lo and behold, she won! As Adam’s Hospitality notes, Mendy wowed judges with her “secret sauce” of garlic, bell peppers and scallions with Senegalese marinated ribs. Not so secret anymore! [AH]
