Grilled-cheese gluttons rejoice: Cheeseboy at the Prudential is now officially open for business. It’s the second Boston location for the chainlet; there’s another outpost at South Station (plus locations in Braintree and Connecticut). According to a release, they’re planning an even bigger expansion in the coming year with five more restaurants, ultimately hoping to take the Boston-based brand national.
