Stabbings Near Lucca Back Bay

Universal Hub reports the upsetting news that “at least” 16 people were shot over a particularly bloody Fourth of July weekend here in Boston, during which four people died. Sadly, one melee happened in front of Lucca’s Back Bay branch at 116 Huntington Avenue, near the Pru, after the city’s fireworks celebration ended. According to reports, one person was slashed in the face and another was stabbed in the back. Luckily, three suspects were arrested shortly thereafter in the South End. Not the kind of fireworks we like! [UH]
