Jackson Cannon and crew will take over the former Foundation Lounge (next door to ICOB on Comm Ave) and open what ICOB General Manager Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli calls a "high-touch craft cocktail bar," complete with a "developed cheese program and diverse small plates." Bartender extraordinaire Cannon will oversee the bar program ("it's his baby," Schlesinger-Guidelli tells us) and Jeremy Sewall will helm the smallish kitchen. Look for it to open within the year. Amazing.
