Bistro 5 Will Offer Sneak Preview of A Tavola’s Menu

Bistro 5’s Vittorio Ettore has plans to open A Tavola in Winchester’s old Parsons Table space. (As we lamented yesterday, PT’s final day is November 12.) In the meantime, you can try the restaurant’s Italian selections at Bistro 5, beginning on November 1. Check out the preview menu and make tracks to Medford!

Salumi:
Testa-Port Terrine, Shaved Fennel and Lemon Zest Sausage and Foi Gras Mousse Lardo and Garlic Crostini

Veggetali:
Roasted Peppers and Goat Cheese Roasted Eggplant, Parmiagano, Pine Nuts and
Grilled Bread

Octopus “Soppresessata” and Arugula Peperoni Astigiani, Tuna, Roasted Peppers,
