Downtown Gets a Five Guys; the Seaport Gets a Naked Guy

Downtown: Nine-to-fivers will finally get a Five Guys of their very own; the exploding chain plans to open on Summer Street in the near future. [BRT]

Seaport: Bubbles and Bivalves, featuring New York's strapping Naked Cowboy, happens tomorrow at Legal Harborside (which was just named one of America's top restaurants by Esquire).

Brookline: Wacky Will Gilson's putting on another pop-up; this one's at Newbury College, where he's also teaching. It'll be dorm-food themed. Does he have a way with ramen? [Chowder]

Salem: Red Lulu, new from the Lolita team, will open by Halloween. "Salem is expanding rapidly," the owners say. [Globe]

Theater District: Descent, a subterranean, "Red Light District" themed swankery beneath the W Hotel, is set to open in two weeks. Top Chef Masters' Charlotte Voisey handles the cocktail program. [Grub Street]

Atlantic Wharf: Jody Adams's Trade is poised to open next week; the covers are even off the windows! [Grub Street/AH]

Back Bay: Bistro du Midi has rolled out a tasty "What's Your Number?" cocktail in honor of the new flick playing down the street, starring our own hometown hero, Chris Evans. It's got mandarin blossom vodka, liquor 45, OJ, and angostura bitters. [Grub Street]

Bay Village: Turkish Delight by Meatballs & ETC, a Miami-based food truck that slings kofte (Turkish meatballs), is hitting the road starting October 20. [Chowder]
