It's the gastronomic equivalent of Brad and Angelina's mating, or something: On Saturday, Eleven Madison Park chef Daniel Humm and general manager William Guidara will head up from New York to host a one-night-only dinner engagement at Menton, hosted by chef Colin Lynch.
Saturday's $275-per-head meal celebrates the newly released Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook. The price includes champagne, appetizers, wine pairings, a signed copy of the cookbook, and endless bragging rights.
