Score one for Babson College: They've announced that Bizarre Foods's Andrew Zimmern will be their "entrepreneur-in-residence." (Surely it requires an entrepreneurial spirit to consume things like roasted raccoon.) Zimmern will work with the Lewis Institutes Social Innovation Lab as well as the Labs Food Sol, an action tank focused on innovation in the food system. He kicks off his Babson stint on February 6 with a campus lecture, open to the public. [Babson, Globe]
