It’s a snack-food throwdown! We’ve gotten word that beginning next month, Parlor Sports/Trina’s Starlite Lounge chef Suzi Maitland will challenge local toques in a monthly culinary competition. You, the dining public, is encouraged to sample the wares and vote accordingly. The cook-off commences on February 21. The theme? Nachos. Maitland faces off against Green Street Grill’s Greg Reeves. After four rounds of competition, Parlor Sports will host a final face-off. Winner will be crowned the Ultimate Parlor Sports Snack Champion. New James Beard category, perhaps?
