Ming Tsai is excitedly Tweeting that he’s currently in Washington, cooking a lunchtime feast for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, VP Joe Biden, and various Chinese dignitaries including Chinese VP Xi Jinping. Looks like things are going well; Tsai just broadcast this tasty-looking shot of spiced sweet potato soup with Asian duck confit. Wonder if he set the menu, or if this is what the Chinese guests asked for? Also, shouldn’t cooking for Hillary Clinton someday be a Top Chef challenge? She’d be so much tougher than Pee-wee Herman.
