Bodytalk Factory in the North End hosts restorative and postural strength classes at midnight on Sundays for restaurant workers, who spend so many of their waking hours standing up or hunched over. Trainer Astrid Bengston is married to JM Curley exec chef Samuel Monsour, so she can totally sympathize. “I like the late-night loopiness of it,” one chef-student glows. Hopefully the students do some healthy, exercise-enhancing binge drinking before hitting the mats. [Globe via EB, Earlier]
