As we reported yesterday, All-Star Pizza Bar will officially open on April 26. Owner Kosta Diamantopoulos tells us that he’ll also host a pizza party (with free pizza!) for the public on April 24 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. We’re quite eager to sample their patented de-constructed chile rilleno pizza with tomatillo salsa, cotija, poblano, chorizo, corn, and cilantro, not to mention the romesco ratatouille, topped with almond sauce and peppers.
