The Keller empire grows anew.

Fresh out of the rumor mill today is the half-news that Thomas Keller has been scouting spaces on Brickell Avenue in Miami. The Miami Herald reports that Keller “could be” arriving among a host of new openings on the street, and Eater Miami gets only the vaguest confirmation from Keller’s people, who say that “nothing has been finalized.” Our guess is this would be an outpost of Bouchon Bistro, but then again, maybe it’ll be even more upscale.
