Kendall Square’s fancypants West Bridge starts serving lunch today, and here’s a slideshow of a few of their signature dishes. These plates look quite lovely, don’t they? Sadly we weren’t able to capture a shot of the corned beef-tongue reuben with kohlrabi slaw and pink sauce, which is what we plan to order. Have a look at the pretty offerings, straight ahead, and plan your midday office escape accordingly. (Note: They also package meals to go.)
This handsome salad is served on a bed of mustard greens and cabbage, with a spritz of preserved lemon. Healthy!
This twist on the traditional BLT features guanciale, lettuce, tomato, and taleggio.
Egg aficionados can enjoy a mushroom omelette stuffed with goat cheese, topped with fresh herbs.
Or opt for a hearty turkey, egg and cheese, starring an Iggy’s onion roll slathered with herb aioli.
Tuna is served on a bed of olives, artichokes, and trumpet mushrooms. Virtuous!
