"The only thing we have in common with a typical steakhouse is that we'll serve cow," Chris Coombs tells us with regards to his forthcoming restaurant, Boston Chops. The restaurant will move into the space left vacant by Patricia Yeo's Ginger Park. Though Coombs declined to elaborate further, he does say that he's excited to be working in one of his favorite neighborhoods, the South End, and thinks that this is a new concept that Boston needs, naturally.
