As you probably already know, Rhino Bar, the gastropub-y venture Fish’s Mike Stollenwerk recently launched at the Independent Hotel after his seafood flagship moved over to a smaller space under the same roof, has been rocking it at the corner of 13th and Locust with its late-night grub, raw bar, and drinks for several weeks. But tonight it’s celebrating its official grand opening. That means from 6 to 9 p.m., beers on tap will be priced at $3, cocktails $4, and all menu items will be half-off.
