With much of the celeb world in Miami for Art Basel, things were a little slower in New York — but not much. Jamie Foxx celebrated his SNL hosting gig, upcoming movie, and December 13 birthday at Avenue; Daniel Radcliffe was Jager-bombed at Beauty Bar; and the omnipresent Les Miz cast regaled everyone with tales of on-set antics and renditions of their favorite musical tunes at Joe’s Pub. See who else stuck around in our weekly roundup of celebrity sightings.

Avenue: Jamie Foxx celebrated his 45th birthday with his Django Unchained co-star Leonardo DiCaprio early Sunday morning. After hosting SNL, he arrived at the Chelsea club with nearly 50 friends (including SNL musical guest Ne-Yo) at about 3 a.m. Foxx took to the mike as a cake was brought out and thanked his friends for coming. He was later seen teaching Leo how to dance. [NYDN]

Beauty Bar: Daniel Radcliffe went overboard on the Jagerbombs at the 14th Street bar this week. Radcliffe, who reportedly gave up drinking in 2010, requested a Dusty Springfield song and then “got into a twist” with the D.J. before management encouraged him to grab a cab home. [Page Six/NYP]

Bobby Van’s Steakhouse: Seinfeld’s Wayne Knight celebrated his debut as Santa in Elf on Broadway at the theater district restaurant. [Page Six/NYP]

The Butcher’s Daughter: Jessica Biel ordered a juice containing Thai coconut, pineapple, yuzu, chili, evening primrose oil, and cilantro, known as the “hangover killer,” at the Nolita café. [Page Six / NYP]

The Four Seasons Restaurant: The cast of Les Misérables attended a luncheon for their film. While there, Anne Hathaway sang “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and Hugh Jackman dedicated his rendition of “The Way You Look Tonight” to his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness. Anna Wintour was also in attendance. [Page Six/NYP]

Joe’s Pub: Jackman and Hathaway weren’t the only Les Miz cast members to perform in public this week: Russell Crowe sang for guests at the Public Theater’s bar and cabaret space along with Alan Doyle and the movie’s Eponine, Samantha Barks. Jackman took the stage to sing “The Confrontation” duet from the film. [Page Six/NYP]

Prospect: Amber Tamblyn and Wyatt Cenac ate dinner at the Brooklyn restaurant’s pop-up space while visiting the Brooklyn Night Bazaar on Friday. They sat down at 8:15 p.m. for a meal that included butternut squash soup with espresso marshmallows, Hudson Valley foie gras torchon, and s’mores for dessert. [Grub Street]

Raoul’s: Ryan Gosling ate at the French restaurant with a short-haired European woman. Begin speculation now. [Page Six/NYP]

Serendipity 3: Mariah Carey kept her guest waiting at the dessert spot for almost two hours on Sunday. Her twins, Moroccan and Monroe, joined the group with their nanny after the main meal, and Carey snapped photos of them eating a gigantic sundae. She then tipped the waiter 200 percent of the check, which probably makes up for making her friends wait, in the karmic scheme of things. [Page Six/NYP]

The Standard Biergarden: Jamie Foxx jumped into the D.J. booth at an after-party for a Django Unchained screening. While on the mike, he gave shout-outs to Uma Thurman, Harvey Weinstein, and director Quentin Tarantino. Liv Tyler, Jeremy Piven, and Olivia Wilde were among the guests who partied until 2 a.m. Foxx then headed to an after-after-party of his own at Greenhouse. [Page Six/NYP]
