Party New Year's like they did at Nellcôte.
Party New Year’s like they did at Nellcôte.

This is our fourth installment and we have nothing left to say. There is so much New Year’s going on we can barely see straight. For God’s sake go to one of these, would you? All these nice servers and chefs and bartenders trying to make something nice for you, what are you going to do, stay home? Unthinkable. Here’s why.

• Telegraph will offer a champagne dinner, starting with sparkling wine and oysters at 7:30 followed by a five-course dinner with champagne pairings and a sparkling wine toast at midnight. It’s $125; go here for details.

• Next door (almost), Longman & Eagle will offer a five-course chefs’ menu for $95 at 5:30 and 8:00 p.m., and an eight-course version at 10:30 with a midnight champagne toast for $125.

Nellcôte invites you to party like a rock star from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., with Chef Jared Van Camp’s pastas, pizzas and more plus an open bar. Tickets begin at $90; see more info here.

• Vincent has a $60 four course menu by new chef Adam Grandt, including herb crusted hanger steak or olive oil poached bass, plus vegetarian choices at every course. Call 773-334-7168 to reserve.

• Table, Donkey, and Stick is taking reservations with Alpine hospitality for both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve here; the menu will be a la carte.

• Suite 25, the new South American-tinged sports bar, has a hosted bar, lavish buffet and more for $69 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

• Cantina Laredo has maybe the best value special we’ve seen so far— a nice-looking three-course menu for just $35, with an optional $15 drink pairing. Check it out here.

• Both Deleeces will offer something special. At Deleece Grill Pub there will be specials like grilled filet mignon and sautéed whitefish; at Deleece on Southport they’ll be offering a four course dinner for $70 per person ($20 for wine pairings) with choices such as prime rib roast, filet mignon and lobster thermidor en croute, or scallop and king crab Oscar. Call 773-325-1710 for reservations.

Grass Fed will offer a five-course family style menu, at different prices based on your choice of steak— with sirloin it’s $50; with 14 oz. ribeye, it’s $75. (There are other choices at the sirloin price, too. Wine pairings are $45; call 773-342-6000 for reservations.

Cru Cafe & Wine Bar offers a five-course dinner at $70/85 with pairings; check it out here and call 312-337-4001 for reservations.

Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!, whose name sounds like it would hurt a lot to say when you’re hung over, invites you to a New Year’s Day Pajama Brunch after New Year’s Eve. On New Year’s Eve they’ll be helping you get hung over with $3 tapas and $1 pintxos from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and regular prices from 6 to midnight. (They’ll also do the PJ brunch thing at Mon Ami Gabi in Oakbrook, but it’s just the regular menu at the Chicago location.)

• Nana will offer a five-course prix fixe dinner with selections such as beef tartare with quail yolk, horseradish creme fraiche, pickled mushrooms and Douglas fir tips; and seared scallops and braised and crispy pork belly with parsnip puree, chile de arbol syrup and micro greens. A vegetarian prix-fixe is also offered. It’s $60 for 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and $75 for 10 p.m.
