Marc Hurwitz at Boston Restaurant Talk tells us something good: Ribelle, the new spot from Tim Maslow of Strip-T's, is slated to open in March. And someone's had a look at the menu!
On it: "small plates, pasta dishes, full meals, and sides, with items including oysters, cod tripe, cavatelli with octopus, Long Island duck, roasted hanger steak, rack of St. Louis ribs, whole lobe roasted foie gras, and tarbais beans." Oh, and the ubiquitous raw bar, because where would we be without that.
