Does Back Bay Berryline's Death Signal the Slo Decline of Fro-Yo?

A small hiccup for Boston's fro-yo renaissance: Back Bay's Berryline is closing. Even though business seems to have thawed at this Berryline, the space at 303 Newbury will soon be occupied by another fro-yo factory, Forever Yogurt, whose name implies that they plan to stick around for awhile.

Meanwhile, Berryline's Harvard, Porter, and Fenway locations remain open. As for Forever Yogurt, the BBJ notes that they "allow customers to choose up to 16 rotating frozen yogurt flavors from a total of 83 in its line that can be garnished with as many as 40 toppings." Bliss!
