The famous chef collaborated with the Dalmore on a new “bespoke” single malt Scotch whisky made from a proprietary blend of single malts finished in casks used previously to age Muscatel, Madeira, and port wines, reports Bourbon Blog. Each bottle of high-end scotch is 44 ABV, bears Boulud’s signature, and come spring, will be poured at his New York restaurants. And one of the chef’s recent tweets suggests even more single malt is on its way. [BourbonBlog, DanielBoulud/Twitter]
