Prezza Reopens Tomorrow Night; Here's Their New Menu

A rep tells Grub Street that Prezza will reopen tomorrow night. The North End staple was ravaged by a fire back in July. To commemorate the reopening, Anthony Caturano has made some changes to the menu. A few new post-fire delicacies: braised chicken thighs, anchovy-stuffed eggplant, chestnut soup, chestnut ravioli, pumpkin ravioli, venison loin, and roasted branzino. Glimpse the full menu ahead.
