The Rosebud Diner will bloom again, thanks to Martin Bloom, founder of carbo-palace Vinny Testa's. The Boston Business Journal says that Bloom has plans to revamp the iconic trolley car's menu and interior, but the Edward Hopper-ish facade will remain in tact.
We hope they'll keep the diner menu as is. For a neighborhood adjacent to plenty of colleges and starving twenty-somethings, there's an awful lot of places to get $15 omelets, craft cocktails, and swanky gastropub fare. What would you like to see them do with the spot? And will they rename it Rosebud Testa's? [BBJ, Earlier]
