Emeril Is Named the 2013 James Beard Foundation Humanitarian; Bee’s Knees Celebrates Fat Tuesday

• Bam! Emeril Lagasse has been named the 2013 James Beard Foundation Humanitarian of the Year. This recognition celebrates his work through the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which aims to expose disadvantaged young people to the culinary arts.
