Boston Chops, Where They Like the Meat "Bone-In," Opens Tonight

At long last, Brian Piccini and Chris Coombs's "urban steak bistro" opens tonight. The South End restaurant, in the former Ginger Park space at 1375 Washington St. Chef Coombs makes the big announcement via Facebook. He says he will be "accepting currency in exchange for goods, service, and experiences beginning tomorrow." The restaurant's website, which isn't beefed up yet, asks friskily: "South End, are you ready for fresh meat?" Let's hope the answer is yes. [FB/Boston Chops; Official Site]
