Spend Easter Sunday Eating Head Cheese With Ken Oringer

Ken Oringer and his pal Alex Stupak from New York's Empellon take over JM Curley this Sunday for a slightly different take on Easter brunch. This isn't quite what we remember from our Nana's house. But if head cheese tamales and pork hash excite you, well, skip the $50 omelet stations and make reservations immediately.

Chef Ken Oringer's Menu:
Chillaquilles, pork hash, slow cooked egg, salsa verde, cotija
Chorizo, potato and egg tacos, salsa roja, cilantro, onion, sambas aioli

Chef Alex Stupak's Menu:
Sweetbread Milanesa Torta, Over Easy Egg, Refried Black Beans
Head Cheese Tamal, Scrambled Eggs, Salsa de Arbol

Brunch lasts from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Call the restaurant for reservations. Maybe they'll even throw in a Filthy Andy burger for good measure?
