Sunset's Mark Kadish has transformed Big City pool hall into a cantina with $4 tacos, $4 margaritas, and something called Sloppy Papas. The "official" opening happens this week, though the transformation has been going on for the past few months. The pool tables remain, but the super-long menu is completely different.
