The temperature is set to hit 52 degrees tomorrow and, for hearty Bostonians at least, that means its time to start thinking about outdoor dining. Since the City Council voted back in May 2009 to allow patio dining year round, the only limit on restaurateurs is weather. There are at least twelve restaurants, including the original Parish Cafe, 29 Newbury, and Charlie’s Kitchen, where you can dine under the stars tonight with a whole bunch more coming soon.
